Kevin Tan, Founder
PICK•A•ROO founder Kevin is a familiar face to many and has long been a prominent figure in retail and real estate in the Philippines. Currently, Kevin is at the helm of Alliance Global Inc, a large Philippine conglomerate with interests in food and beverage, real estate, and hospitality. Only 39 years old, Kevin is the youngest CEO of a major Philippine corporation. Most importantly, Kevin is a family man who enjoys raising his two kids with his wife Michelle.
Crystal Gonzalez, CEO & Co-Founder
With her strong background in technology, retail, and new media, PICK.A.ROO has found a true unicorn in co-founder and CEO Crystal Gonzalez. Prior to founding PICK.A.ROO, Crystal has led some of the biggest global brands such as honestbee, Viber, Lazada, and Yahoo! and is credited for delivering constant year on year growth. Crystal is also a wife and a mom of two and a perfect example that you can balance both a very successful career with a wonderful family life.
